Behind Investments Holding a.s. owns and governs the Behind group – a venture fund and a mentoring platform, held under one roof so that neither has to compromise on what it does.
Why the holding exists
Behind started as a fund and grew a second half. Behind Investments backs founders with capital; Behind Impact backs the ecosystem those founders come from. The two need different time horizons, different measures of success, and different conversations with the people who fund them.
The holding exists so that neither has to be forced into the other's shape. It holds the ownership, sets the group's direction and carries the capital structure — and leaves each company to be judged on its own terms.
For partners and investors it also means one clear counterparty: one governance framework, one capital structure, and one place to ask where the group is going next.
What the holding actually does

OWNERSHIP
Holds the shares in the group's companies and manages the capital structure, including capital raised at group level.

Appoints boards, sets reporting standards and exercises shareholder rights at the general meetings of the group's companies.
